With over 200 classes of Intermediate & Advanced Levels, the Class Library allows you to workout at your own pace & schedule as much as you want!

Fully Embodied Fitness is a weave of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, & Functional, Mindful Exercise.
It is the meeting point of the art & science of fitness, designed to improve & increase strength (especially core strength),
flexibility, balance, coordination, body awareness, and overall muscle tone.

While there is a wide variety of movement & exercise inthe library, every class contans a balance of:

  • increasing core (abdominal) strength while reducing lower back strain

  • strengthening & toning the arms, waist, glutes, thighs & calves while nourishing the spine, knees & shoulders with healthy motion

  • building lasting flexibility through the whole body safely

  • improving balance, coordination & posture (feel & look taller!)

  • moving mindfully, with more power AND more ease, bringing together the strength of body, heart, & head, to become more fully embodied
