Hello! I’m Tracy Renee Stafford

I took my first dance class over 40 years ago, began teaching dance over 30 years ago, & have not stopped moving or teaching movement ever since.
My passion for movement & creative expression paved the way for my strong interest in holistic health & well-being, as well as for my desire to explore personal empowerment, mindfulness & conscious living. After a wonderful career as a professional dancer, and owning my own studio, where I taught yoga, pilates, & other mindful movement for 20 very rewarding years, I am now in private practice, weaving together all of my passion & knowledge for healthy, mindful, holistic living into 1 comprehensive system:
Fully Embodied Living.

"I spent many years NOT living in my body and NOT liking exercise, but that has all changed by working out with Tracy's program. At 81 years old, my balance & agility are getting better all the time, AND I actually look forward to my morning exercise routine! By starting from the core, and working with the breath, I am able to feel strong without feeling tense, and I am able to feel connected to my body in a way that I have not been before. It feels fabulous!"
